The Align & Flow Package includes the following:

Life Activation: an ancient energy healing modality that awakens the spiritual and physical body to a higher state of awareness. This activation ignites your innate ability to heal, manifest your desires, and approach life with clarity and purpose - paving the way for profound transformation, alignment, and empowerment. A Life Activation must be received before a Full Spirit Activation.

Full Spirit Activation: journeys deeper to awaken key regions of the brain – specifically the Thalamus ("the old brain"), Pituitary, and Pineal glands – to enhance the connection between the soul and physical experience. This activation integrates the mind, body, and soul, facilitating a more profound awareness and appreciation of life. A Full Spirit Activation must be received within 3 months of receiving a Life Activation (if not the Life Activation will have to be repeated at an additional cost).

Ensofic Reiki Healing Package
Ensofic Reiki is a specialised form of energy healing that combines traditional Reiki principles with unique techniques and philosophies, rooted in the belief that universal life force energy can be channeled to promote healing and balance in the body, soul and spirit to achieve absolute alignment.

It accomplishes this by destroying imbalanced physical, mental, and emotional patterns that prevent our highest potential; by sealing our physical vessels (our bodies) to contain this highest vibration; and by harmonising our structures (mental, emotional, and physical) so that we can create a full life resolved of all conflict.

The term "Ensofic" is derived from "En" (meaning energy) and "Sophia" (meaning wisdom) - a practice that combines energy work with spiritual wisdom.

After conducting a detailed evaluation of your energy field, I place my hands on various parts of the body that resonate with your energy and align with your healing intentions.

The session concludes with a Life Force Circulation massage, during which you will be lying on your stomach on the treatment couch.

Soul Awakening Package
Hermetic Soul Retrieval is a gentle, deep and compassionate healing that meets you where you are. If you’re feeling not quite whole, disconnected from your inner self, or as though you’ve lost a part of you, this healing can guide you back to your true self.
Our soul carries wounds from physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual trauma, as well as hidden conditioning and beliefs that aren’t in our conscious view.

This package includes up to three Hermetic Soul Retrieval sessions with a Cord Cutting as part of one session, during which you will be held in a supportive environment.

Should a third Session not be required this can be substituted with a Shamanic Aura Clearing with Laser Light Healing session instead. Meridian balancing is a holistic approach rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles.
When energy flow becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as stress, fatigue, or discomfort, manifesting as pain and dis-ease in the body.

​Meridian balancing works to restore this flow, supporting overall health and resilience.

Laser Light Healing uses specific wavelengths of red light to stimulate cellular activity, promoting faster tissue repair, reducing pain and inflammation, and improving function for skin wounds, joint pain, muscle injuries, and more, working by boosting mitochondrial energy production in cells without damaging tissue. It is a non-invasive method used to treat conditions from burns and arthritis to nerve pain, offering a drug-free option for healing.

How it Works
Meridian balancing focuses on harmonising the body’s energy pathways - known as meridians - to promote physical, mental, and emotional equilibrium and healing. These meridians carry vital energy, or Qi, throughout the body.

Laser light uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, improve blood flow, and promote healing without damaging, heating or burning the tissue.

These wavelengths are absorbed mostly in mitochondria, increasing cellular energy (ATP) and changing cell signalling pathways that influence healing and inflammation.
