What to Expect:
During your session you will be standing and lying on the floor in a peaceful, calm environment. You remain fully clothed throughout and are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Adjustments can be made for those with mobility restrictions.

​Throughout the session I will gently guide you to stand or lie on the floor at appropriate times.
