Step into a new week feeling refreshed and centered. Whether you're seeking relaxation, clarity, or a deeper spiritual connection, this is your time to slow down, breathe, and realign before the week ahead. Each session will incorporate a talk on a particular topic e.g. manifesting, visualisation, energy, followed by a meditation, which will either be a seated or moving meditation.
